$19 for each additional childTeen Basic Training is an innovative 2-hour program conducted by our fitness staff which is specifically designed to teach 10-16 year olds how to get the best results and avoid injury with their fitness programs. We cover the basic use and adjustment of all equipment in the fitness center and guide participants in establishing a workout routine. We also discuss the issues and dangers associated with anabolic steroids, body image, and eating disorders. At the conclusion of Teen Basic Training, participants are eligible to use the fitness center when supervised by their parent/guardian.
Upon completing Basic Training you are eligible to purchase a Jr. Membership and work out without supervision.

Available for ages 10-15$20 off Jr. Membership when you complete the Basic Training Course!
Family memberships receive $10 off the first child.
