Senior Fitness Classes

SilverSneakers Circuit (MWF @ 9:00 AM)

  • Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
  • Offers standing low-impact moves that alternate with standing upper-body strength.
  • The class can be adapted for all fitness levels.

SilverSneakers Classic (MWF @ 10:00 AM)

  • Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
  • Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

SilverSneakers Circuit-Choreography (Tuesday & Thursday @ 9:30 AM)

  • This class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. No equipment is needed.

General Fitness Classes

Morning Boost (Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 5:45 AM – 6:15 AM)

  • Total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise!
  • Target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways (utilizes a mix of free weights, resistance bands, med balls, steps and BOSU ball, etc.).
  • For beginners to fitness fanatics—members will set their own bar for how hard they want to push!

Circuit Training (Tuesday @ 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM)

  • Members will perform a series of exercises (30-60 second intervals), activating all major postural muscles!
  • Circuit training is perfect or beginners and fitness fanatics!

Flexibility & Mobility (Thursday @ 5:15: PM – 5:45 PM)

  • Ideal for anyone looking to move better & feel better!
  • Increase blood flow, improve flexibility and posture, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease injury risks associated with other types of exercise.

Spin (Wed @ 5:00 PM, Sat @ 8:30 AM)

  • Spin offers a challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. It’s the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories.
  • Spin is a highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance!
