| What am I getting for my money? With the basic package, we examine your swing to find areas of muscle tightness or weakness, perform a flexibility assessment, and prescribe a flexibility program accordingly. (NOTE: We will NOT be altering swing mechanics, just looking for muscular deficiencies). Packages that include training sessions will address observed areas of muscle weakness by developing a comprehensive strength training program specific to golf. | |
| What do I need to bring to my training sessions? Exercise clothes. No clubs needed. | |
|
Why should I participate? Improve conditioning, flexibility, core strength, prevent injuries, and most importantly improve play quality. |
